Confirmation Windows

Control Prompts

These options allow you to configure whether you want NewsBin to ask for a confirmation before performing certain actions.

Download List Sort

Displays a confirmation screen when you attempt to column sort the Download list.

Groups List Sort

Displays a confirmation screen when you attempt to sort the groups list in the Groups tab

Post Display Empty

Displays an informational screen whenever you try to load a group that has no stored headers, thus giving an empty post list.

Post Delete

Displays a confirmation screen when you permanently delete a post from the post list using shift-delete

Help Button

Launches browser to 5.40 Options Help Page

Default Settings button

Restores settings to their default values. By default, confirmation for sorting the download list is off but all others are on.

Ok button

Saves settings and closes the Options Dialog
